This agreement is a legal contract between you and Green VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as 'the App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, localize, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or create derivative versions of the App or related marks. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees as operational needs change and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security, account passwords, and verification information. Jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When those features are used, you are also subject to the applicable terms of those third-party services.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failure caused by unpaid device service, data caps, system settings, local network restrictions, or weak signal quality. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you are authorized to use the network and billing account.

Users are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with applicable laws. Although we work to maintain route information and service availability, network conditions may be affected by third-party carriers, policy changes, device status, or force majeure. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may adjust, suspend, or terminate service within reasonable limits; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Unless mandatory law or a platform-specific promise says otherwise, digital services, software access, and activated subscription benefits are final once delivered and are not eligible for no-reason refunds.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test free allowances, trial features, and public documentation before purchasing to confirm that the service fits their network and devices.

Customer Support: If you experience connection, installation, or account problems, contact support first so we can help troubleshoot and provide practical fixes.

Technical Issues: If technical issues affect normal use, we will work to resolve them or provide alternate routes. A technical issue alone does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds may be refused if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used for prohibited activity.

Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Updated terms take effect after publication on the website.
